Boundaries, stated plainly.

Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment. A booking is confirmed once the project, artist, timing and investment are aligned and your booking payment is received.

Sessions start between EGP 3,500 and EGP 6,000, depending on the artist, size, placement and level of detail. The final investment is agreed with you after the review, before any payment is requested.

• Small, quick sessions: a fixed EGP 1,500 booking confirmation fee.
• Medium and longer sessions: a deposit of 20–30% of the agreed total.

The payment is deducted in full from your final price.

The booking confirmation fee or deposit secures your place and honours the time the studio invests in your piece. Once any work has begun on your project, including design, planning, consultation, or any time given by your artist or our team, the payment is non-refundable, including for cancellations.

A no-show is always non-refundable, because the place was held for you.

If you cancel before any work has begun, tell us and we will review your request. If the studio is unable to offer your session, the payment is returned or carried forward to a new date, as you prefer.

A confirmed session can be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice, and the payment carries forward. A second reschedule needs the studio's approval or a new booking payment.

Clients under 18 require the written consent of a parent or legal guardian. As a general practice, we prefer to avoid tattooing minors wherever possible.

Tell us before your session about any medical condition, allergy, medication, pregnancy or recent illness. We may postpone a session if it would not be safe or sensible to go ahead. Please arrive rested and sober. This is general information, not medical advice.

Your artist explains aftercare in person and provides written guidance specific to your placement. The studio stays available for aftercare follow-up for the first fifteen days.

Cash, card, bank transfer and secure payment links. Cash payments carry no additional charge. Card payments carry 14% VAT on the card-paid amount only, always disclosed before you pay.

• What we collect: your contact details, the project context you choose to share, optional reference images and your timing.
• Why: to review your request, identify artist fit and continue the conversation with you.
• Who sees it: the studio team and the service providers that host and run our systems: Cloudflare and Lovable (website hosting and publishing), Supabase (database and private storage for reference images), Klaviyo (client records, studio alerts and email) and Google Calendar (the studio's appointment calendar, once a session or consultation is scheduled). If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles that conversation.

  When you submit a request, your contact details and project answers go to Klaviyo so the studio can manage your request, whatever you choose in the cookie notice. The booking form does not sign you up for marketing email.

• Analytics and advertising: only if you accept them in the cookie notice.

  If you accept analytics: Google Analytics receives the pages you view, including the page address and any campaign details in the link you arrived on, and actions such as menu use, booking form steps and WhatsApp button clicks. If you submit a booking request, it also receives your booking reference (for example, MI-1A2B3C4D), which contains no name, phone number or email address, but which the studio can use to identify your request. It never receives your project details, reference images or messages. We also save the campaign or link that brought you here, the referring site and your landing page with your booking request.

  If you accept advertising: Meta receives page views and booking actions from the Meta Pixel in your browser. When you submit a booking request, our server also sends Meta a Lead event with your email, phone number, first name and last name, each hashed with SHA-256, plus your IP address and browser details, which are not hashed. It does not include your project details or reference images. We also save any Google or Meta ad click identifier from your link with your booking request, and your advertising choice is passed to Google's tag.

  Google Ads reporting: We have built, but do not currently run, a process that reports later booking outcomes to Google Ads, such as a qualified lead, a confirmed session or a deposit paid. It would apply only if you accepted advertising and arrived from a Google ad, and would send your ad click identifier, the outcome, any deposit amount, and your email and phone number hashed with SHA-256.

• How long: we keep booking information as long as needed to manage your booking and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
• Your control: you can ask us to correct or delete your information, and you can change your cookie choice at any time through Cookie Settings.

Essential: needed for the site to work. Analytics: measure how the site is used, only with your consent. Advertising: measure and improve our ads, only with your consent.

Click identifiers are saved in the two attribution records above only if you also accept advertising.

If you withdraw analytics, we delete the two attribution records. If you reject both analytics and advertising, we also try to remove the Google cookies listed above. Cookies set by Meta are not removed by our site.

For every visitor, whatever the cookie choice, the site loads fonts from Google Fonts and a Google Maps embed in the footer. Google receives your IP address with these requests, and Google Maps may set its own cookies, which we do not control.

Studio staff signing in to our internal system also use a sign-in session and list-position storage, which are not used on the public site.
